Cher: With a heritage from both Africa and The Cherokee Nation, I have come full circle in my life to incorporate the ways of my ancestors into my daily living. This new view includes applying an ayurvedic approach to life which promotes stress reduction. After years in Corporate America I realized that there is a more abundant less stressful life as opposed to the 40/40 plan (40hrs per week for 40 years). I intend to share this way of life with everyone I meet. Through educating those I touch, I can show them how to reduce stress in their lives. It is a fact that 90% of the diseases are caused by stress. Hence, through this blog I offer greatest gift of all because when you have your health, you have everything!
